Cancellation policy

The Buyer can withdraw his order, without reasons, within fourteen (14) days following the of day when the Buyer, or a third party designated by him other than the carrier, takes physical possession or the ordered products.

When the order relates to a batch made up of different Products, the withdrawal period shall begin from the day the Buyer, or a third party designated by him other than the carrier, has taken delivery of the final element making up the batch.

In accordance with EU law, for Digital Products not supplied on a tangible medium, the Buyer loses his right of withdrawal once performance has begun with his prior express consent, including acknowledgement of losing this right. The Website will explicitly request consent before downloading or granting access to the Digital Product.
